How Did Life Coaching Become a Profession?
It started about ten years ago when people in different parts of the country and in different professions realized they were stuck in their lives and careers. Life coaching came about because people could see how valuable athletic coaches and personal trainers were for physical well-being. People had a need for personal and business coaching to maximize themselves; to become all they were capable of becoming; to have someone help them know themselves, and to set goals and achieve them.
